- Should I connect to WiFi or use the Ethernet cable?
You should have an Ethernet cable in your workspace, and it should be the first choice for connecting to the network. If you are utilizing a desktop computer, connecting via Ethernet is your only option. If the Ethernet cable is connected and you do not have network access, please submit a Live Agent Helpdesk ticket for assistance.
