1) Click the Register Button
2) Enter the email address that you used to submit your ticket to Live Agent, your name, and then click Register.
3) When you press Register, if the submission is successful you will receive the message pictured below
And you will receive an email that will allow you to set your password and login by following the link in the email.
Click the link to be redirected to the page to setup your password, or copy and paste the URL into your browser.
Enter your password, repeat it a second time to confirm, and then press login.
That’s it! You can now (1) View your tickets, (2) Submit a new ticket, (3) View documentation from I.T., and finally (4) Logout.
