  1. Open Outlook if it is not open already. In Outlook, Click on File, then the Account Settings button, and then the Account Settings option once more. 

  1. Click on the Change button.
      

  2. Ensure that “Use Cached Exchange Mode” is enabled and set to download All past email
      

  3. Click Next, Click Done, Click Close. Restart Outlook.
